Lindores Thiron 2024 is a limited edition Lowland single malt from Lindores Abbey distillery in Fife. It is bottled at 49.4% ABV, without chill-filtration or colouring.
The spirit matured in French virgin oak, Bourbon casks and wine barriques. The virgin oak adds spicy oak notes, the Bourbon casks bring vanilla and toffee sweetness, and the wine barriques add fruit and depth.
On the nose, sweet vanilla and creamy toffee come with peach, cherry and apricot, finished by a light veil of peat.
