This is a 14 year old Linkwood single malt from Speyside, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage as part of its 100 Proof Edition, number 72. It was matured in a combination of first fill Oloroso sherry hogsheads and refill hogsheads, and is bottled at 57.1%, non-chill-filtered and with natural colour.
The nose shows baked apple, sultanas and sweet malt with toffee, cocoa and fine spice. On the palate come milk chocolate, creamy toffee and dark dried fruit, with spicy ginger and light oak. The finish is long, with cocoa, toasted oak and sherry spice.
