This is a 15 year old Linkwood, a Speyside single malt bottled by Gordon & MacPhail at 46% abv in a 70cl bottle. Most of the distillery's output goes into its owner Diageo's blends, so official bottlings are rare.
Gordon & MacPhail's long-standing relationships with distilleries give it access to maturing casks. It can also send its own casks to be filled with new make and mature them in its own warehouses. This Linkwood has had some time in sherry.
