A Speyside single malt from Linkwood, which carried the name Linkwood-Glenlivet on this bottling. It was distilled in May 1956 and bottled by Wm Cadenhead in April 1979 at 22 years old, at 45.7% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is very floral and honeyed, with wax, old furniture, and hints of scented soap and cologne. The palate is a little more bitter, with rose jelly and marzipan, and is described as rich and complex.
