Singlar Pure Malt Whisky from Liquoristerie de Provence is a blended malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It spent six months in French oak barrels that came from the Comtesse red wine range of Château de Saint-Martin, a Cru Classé estate in Côtes de Provence.
The wine barrels bring depth and fruit to the whisky, with blackberries and cherries. The finish is elegant, with notes of sweet spice.
