Living Souls Blended Scotch 15 Years Old (46%)

This is a 15 year old blended Scotch whisky from Living Souls, matured in the company's own solera system, where new whisky is added continuously. Half of the blend is Glenrothes malt from sherry casks and half is North British grain whisky from bourbon and sherry casks. It is bottled at 46%, non-chill-filtered and in natural colour. The nose is described as warming sherry with hints of meaty tapas and ripe grapes. The palate is rich and fruity, with maritime and coastal notes of salty sea air and sun-warmed vineyards.
