Fallow Edition 3rd Crop is a single malt from Lochlea, the independent, family-run farm distillery in the Scottish Lowlands. It is the distillery's own bottling, at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky has matured in an Oloroso sherry butt. Lochlea is one of only four distilleries in Scotland that use only barley grown on their own land, and it distils and matures on site. Its motto is 'Dare to be honest'.
