Lochlea Harvest Edition 'Second Crop' is a single malt from Lochlea, a family-run farm distillery in the Lowlands of Scotland. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle and was matured in first-fill bourbon casks and an Oloroso sherry butt. Lochlea is independent and uses only barley grown on its own farm, distilling and maturing the whisky on site. It is one of just four Scottish distilleries to work this way. John Campbell, formerly distillery manager at Laphroaig, is production director and master blender.
