Longrow 100 Proof Batch No.2 (2025 Release) (70cl, 57.1%)

Longrow 100 Proof Batch No.2 is the 2025 annual limited edition of this heavily peated, double-distilled Campbeltown single malt from Springbank Distillery. It was matured in a combination of refill ex-bourbon casks and refill Pinot Noir wine casks, and bottled at 57.1%, or 100 Proof, non-chill-filtered and in natural colour. The nose has earthy peat smoke, driftwood and sea salt, with vanilla cream, toasted barley and subtle red berries from the Pinot Noir casks. The palate is rich, oily and assertive, with smoked malt, peppered oak, salted caramel, brine, raspberry compote and grilled citrus. The finish is long, warming and smoky, with embers, dark berries and cracked pepper.
