Longrow 21 Years is a peated single malt from Campbeltown, made at Springbank Distillery and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
It matures in a combination of 65% sherry casks and 35% bourbon casks. Longrow is known for its smoky character, with peat smoke set alongside rich, sweet and spicy notes.
The nose has peat smoke with dried fruit, vanilla, honey and soft wood, followed by nuts and warm spices. The palate is ripe and dried fruit, vanilla, caramel and roasted nuts. The finish is long and warming, with lingering peat, dried fruit, oak and gentle spice.
