Lost Loch Haroosh Whisky Liqueur (50cl, 25%)

Haroosh is a whisky liqueur from Lost Loch, in a 50cl bottle at 25% ABV. It is made by infusing brambleberries with local honey and whisky. Each bottle holds at least 50 brambleberries, and the bees travel 4500 miles to gather enough honey for it. The nose is floral honey with bright red fruits. The taste is sweet with a balanced acidity, the whisky and bramble flavours arriving quickly with a slight tannic bitterness before giving way to a dry honey character that lingers in the mouth.
