Louis Roederer Collection 245 Brut (1.5L)

Collection 245 is the 245th blend made at Louis Roederer, a house founded in 1776. It is a multi-vintage champagne built from the 2020 harvest (55%), a Réserve Perpétuelle (35%) and reserve wines aged in oak foudres (10%). More than half of the house's vineyard is certified organic and biodynamic. The colour is golden yellow with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose combines ripe yellow fruit such as nectarine with concentrated lemon, almonds and subtle smoky touches. The palate is ample and velvety, creamy yet fresh, with yellow fruit, mineral and lightly spiced notes leading to a long, elegant finish.
