Belaire Bleu is a handcrafted sparkling cuvée from Luc Belaire in France, presented as a limited edition. It is dry in style. Its sapphire colour is inspired by the blue waters of the Cote d'Azur, and it works well in dramatic cocktails as well as on its own. On the nose there are fresh berries and tropical fruits, balanced by an elegant freshness and roundness on the palate.
