This is a 20 year old single malt from Clynelish Distillery in the Northern Highlands, bottled by North Star Spirits as Cask Series 011. It was distilled in August 2000 and bottled in October 2020.
The whisky was finished in a sherry butt and a Portuguese brandy butt, and is bottled at a cask strength of 53.3% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and has natural colour. The outturn was 693 bottles, each 70cl.
