M&H Elements Peated is a peated single malt from the Milk & Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks together with ex-Islay casks, which gives a smoky character that stays in balance with the malt. The nose shows soft peat smoke, light ash, vanilla and honey, with a fresh maltiness. The palate is rounded, with subtle smoke, sweet malt, light citrus and gentle spice. The finish is medium-long, warm and lightly smoky.
