M&H The Last One is a young single malt from M&H Whisky Distillery, bottled in 2018 at 46% in a 500ml bottle. It closes the distillery's first production phase, released just before its move to its full single malt range. The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon and ex-red wine casks. The nose offers sweet malt, honey, red fruit and light spice. The palate is smooth, with vanilla, grapes, soft wood and a fresh, slightly vinous edge, leading to a warm, pleasant finish of medium length.
