A 15 year old Macallan distilled in 1958 and bottled in 1973 by Gordon & MacPhail. This Speyside single malt is in a 75cl bottle and was imported to Italy by Co. Import, Pignerol.
Gordon & MacPhail bottled many Macallans under licence, some under the Macallan-Glenlivet label, until the distillery took back control of its bottlings in the 1980s. The independent bottler was founded in Elgin in 1895 by James Gordon and John Alexander MacPhail, and began as a delicatessen and wine merchant.
