Macallan – Harmony Collection 3 Amber Meadow (70cl, 44.2%)

Macallan Harmony Collection 3 Amber Meadow is a single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 44.2% ABV. It is the third release in the Harmony Collection and a collaboration between Macallan and the designers Stella and Mary McCartney, created to celebrate the fertile soils of Scotland. The whisky was matured in sherry oak and bourbon casks. Whisky maker Steven Bremner and the Macallan team drew on Scotland's natural meadows for this expression. The nose offers sun-ripened orange and lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley fields. On the palate come rich oak, lemon, melon, a classic scone, almond and green tea. The finish is rich, sweet, long and complex.
