Macallan – Harmony Collection Smooth Arabica (70cl, 40%)

Macallan Harmony Collection Smooth Arabica is a single malt bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is the second travel exclusive release in a limited annual series on sustainability, which explores giving new life to organic by-products. Whisky maker Steven Bremner drew on the Ethiopian Arabica bean, following coffee from field to cup. The colour is toffee. The nose combines ground coffee, hazelnuts, sweet raisins, dark cherry, toffee, vanilla and sweet oak. On the palate come Americano coffee, raisins, cherries, gentle spice, walnut, vanilla and oak. The finish is sweet and creamy, with coffee bean lingering.
