This is a Canadian single malt from Macaloney's, made as part of The Peat Project. The distillery used Canadian barley and distilled it in Forsyths pot stills from Scotland. Before kilning, the barley was mixed with sugar kelp, a seaweed. The whisky matured in a Portuguese red wine STR barrique, cask number 457, and was bottled at 46% ABV. It is unfiltered and without added colouring, with 455 bottles produced worldwide.
