MacPhail's 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 40% ABV by Gordon & MacPhail, the independent bottler based in Elgin since 1895. The distillery is deliberately kept anonymous, and the whisky was matured in casks made to the company's own specifications.
It is bottled without added colour and is non-chill-filtered.
Sweet sherry influences come with stewed fruit and fresh citrus, followed by cooked apples, fine spice and dark chocolate. The finish has a subtle oak note that gives it length.
