MahJong Project Invergordon 2007 is a Highland single grain whisky, aged 10 years, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2007 and bottled from a single cask as part of the MahJong Project, a joint series from bottlers in Taiwan, mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
The nose is full of vanilla and coconut cream, with glue and solvent notes and buttered popcorn. The palate is silky, with crème brûlée, white chocolate, toasted oak and caramel. The finish is short to medium, very sweet and creamy, leaving a vanilla coating.
