Maker's Mark – 101 (1L, 50.5%)

Maker's Mark 101 is a handmade Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 50.5% ABV, or 101 proof, in a 1 litre bottle. The higher strength is intended to give a firmer flavour than the standard Maker's Mark. The nose is of caramel, vanilla and oak with a hint of smoke. On the palate caramel returns alongside orange, vanilla and spice. The finish is sweet and of medium length.
