Maker's Mark – 11 Year Old Cellar Aged 2026 Release Bourbon Whiskey (56%)

Maker's Mark Cellar Aged 2026 is a cask strength bourbon bottled at 56.05% ABV. It is a blend of 49% 11 year old, 33% 12 year old and 18% 14 year old whiskey, and the share of 14 year old is the highest used in the Cellar Aged series. The bourbon spends around 7 years in traditional warehouses before the barrels move to the Limestone Cellar built into the hillside at Star Hill Farm. The cellar stays at about 10°C all year, which slows the tannic influence of the oak. The aroma is dark cherry, clove, vanilla bean and soft orchard fruit. The taste brings honey, brown sugar and plums, and the warming, silky finish carries almond, nutmeg and crisp green apple.
