Maker's Mark – 46 (70cl, 47%)

Maker's Mark 46 is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle. It is the distillery's first wood-finished release. The bourbon is barrel finished with specially selected, seared French oak staves. This adds depth, spice and a richer body than the classic Maker's Mark. The bottle is sealed with the distillery's red wax. The nose is soft vanilla, spicy oak and warm caramel. The palate brings rich toffee, baking spices, toasted oak and a soft sweetness. The finish is long, warm and spicy.
