Maker's Mark – Cellar Aged 2023 (57.9%)

Maker's Mark Cellar Aged 2023 is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon, a blend of whiskey aged 11 and 12 years. It is bottled at cask strength, 57.85%. The bourbon first matured in traditional warehouses. Once fully aged, it spent a further five to six years in a limestone whisky cellar, a first for Maker's Mark. The cellar's steady, cool conditions are credited with shaping its flavour. The first 2023 release was made up of 225 casks. It has a rich golden amber colour.
