Maker's Mark – Cellar Aged 2025 Release (70cl, 56.5%)

Maker's Mark Cellar Aged 2025 is the third Cellar Aged edition, a Kentucky straight bourbon from the distillery at Star Hill Farm in Loretto. It blends 74% eleven-year-old, 10% thirteen-year-old and 16% fourteen-year-old bourbon. After the traditional warehouses, the bourbon rests further in the distillery's limestone cellar, where steady cool temperatures slow the uptake of wood tannin. It was bottled in 2025 at 56.5%, without chill-filtering or added colouring. Dark brown sugar, caramelised oak and baked apple lead the nose. The palate offers creamy fudge, toasted almonds, ripe dark cherries, butterscotch and orange peel. The finish is long and soft.
