Maker's Mark Classic is a bourbon bottled at 45% ABV. It was developed with care by Bill Samuels Sr., who represents the sixth generation of distillers. It is made from soft red winter wheat rather than rye, which gives it a smooth and approachable character. Its mash bill leaves out rye altogether, and the bourbon is never bitter or angular.
