Maker's Mark Star Hill Farm Bourbon 2025 Release is a limited annual bourbon from Star Hill Farm in Kentucky, in a 70cl bottle. It departs from the distillery's usual corn-dominant style with a wheat-forward mash bill of estate-grown soft red winter wheat and malted barley. It is aged for approximately seven to eight years and bottled at natural cask strength, 57.4%. The nose brings caramel, honeyed grain, dried fruit, baking spice and toasted oak. The palate opens with toffee and soft brown sugar, then baked wheat, apple compote and vanilla, with a creamy, weighty texture. The finish is long, with toasted nuts, cinnamon and oak warmth.
