Maker's Mark – Straight Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

Maker's Mark is a straight bourbon bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made with soft red winter wheat in place of the more usual rye. Each barrel is rotated by hand, and the bourbon is aged to taste rather than to a set time. The nose is sweet oak, vanilla, bright fruit and wheat. The palate balances oak, vanilla and fruity notes, and the finish is smooth and creamy with a soft spice.
