Mal Bien Zacate Limón Morales is an artisanal agave spirit from Oaxaca, made from Zacate Limón agave. The label names Lucho Morales López as producer and San Dionisio Ocotepec as the village.
The nose is fresh roasted agave, green herbs, citrus peel, damp earth and a faint thread of smoke. The palate is crisp, with savoury agave, mineral salinity, pepper and herbal lift. The finish is clean, dry and lingering, with earthy agave, spice and gentle smoke.
