Mancino Sakura Vermouth is a pale pink Italian vermouth from Mancino Vermouth & Bitters, built around cherry blossom. Base wine is fortified with a refined spirit and infused with sakura essence alongside traditional vermouth aromatics. Kyoto cherry blossoms and Italian violets provide the floral perfume. A 2021 edition was made in 4,000 bottles. This one is 18% in a 50cl bottle.
The nose shows cherry blossom and rose petal around citrus peel and soft honeyed fruit. The palate is medium-bodied and smooth, with gentle orchard fruit, white peach and lychee, and a soft sweetness. The finish is clean, with floral echoes and faint citrus zest.
