Mandrarossa Fiano is a 2023 white wine from Terre Siciliane IGT, made from the rediscovered Fiano grape. It is straw yellow with green reflections and has an aromatic, spicy character with elegant floral aromas.
The nose shows jasmine, basil and pomegranate. On the palate come citrus, grenadine and nougat, with a restrained minerality running through. It is bottled at 13% in a 75cl bottle.
