Mannochmore – 10 Years 2015 Elevenses (50%)

This Mannochmore single malt was chosen by the Keeble Cask Company for its Elevenses series. It was distilled in 2015 and matured for ten years in two refill bourbon hogsheads. The casks were married and bottled in 2025 at 50% ABV, in an outturn of 680 bottles. Keeble Cask Company is an Edinburgh-based cask broker and independent bottler, founded by George Keeble in January 2020. The nose is pear, yellow apple, lemon, vanilla and a hay note. The palate adds peach, a little raspberry, coconut, black pepper, ginger and shortbread, with a creamy texture. The finish is of oak and lemon.
