This is an 11 year old Speyside single malt from Mannochmore, bottled by House of Macduff for the Golden Cask series. It was distilled in 2011, matured in a single bourbon cask and bottled in March 2023, giving an outturn of 279 numbered bottles. The bourbon cask adds vanilla, honeyed malt, orchard fruits and gentle oak spice to Mannochmore's light, fruity spirit. It is bottled without chill-filtration or added colour.
