This Mannochmore single malt from Speyside was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2021 by Elixir Distillers, after nine years in a single barrel. It is bottled at 60.1% in a 70cl bottle, and 178 bottles were filled.
The nose is bright apple and juicy pear with orange zest, gentle cinnamon and nutmeg, and delicate oak. The palate brings honeyed malt, creamy richness, vanilla and toasted almond, and the finish is long and warming with sweet spice and citrus zest.
