A Mannochmore single malt distilled in 2013 and matured for twelve years, including a 14-month finish in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. James Eadie opened the cask in 2025 and released 284 bottles at cask strength, 52.7% ABV.
The nose is rich and complex, with conference pears and pink lady apples balanced by toffee crisp, figs and candy floss from the PX. The palate is like a summer fruit salad with plenty of cream and a topping of maple syrup. The finish is very long, with dried currants and raisins and almonds in the background.
