This is a 10 year old Speyside single malt from Mannochmore, bottled under the Elevenses Whisky label of The Keeble Cask Co. of Leith. It was distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2025.
The whisky is a marriage of two refill bourbon hogsheads, bottled at 50% with no added colour and no chill-filtration.
It is named Scottish Trifle, a nod to Mannochmore's clear wort and long fermentations, which give a fruity, characterful newmake.
