This Mannochmore was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2021 by Signatory Vintage at eight years old. It is a single cask, number 121, which gave 887 bottles at 46%. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour, and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers sherry, sweet vanilla and cooked fruit, with raisins and oak. The palate is velvety and creamy, with dried fruit, sweet oak and spice. The finish is long, with spiced sweet oak, chocolate and coffee.
