Komagatake Limited Edition 2019 is a Japanese single malt from the Mars Shinshu Distillery, bottled at 48%. Most of it matured in ex-bourbon casks, with a share from other cask types used at the distillery. It is not coloured and not chill-filtered.
On the nose it shows persimmon, apricot, orange marmalade, quince, melon and sweetened condensed milk. These notes come together on the palate and lead into a soft finish.
