This is Mars Komagatake Shinshu Aging, a 2021 Japanese single malt and an original distillery bottling. It is bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Mars whisky was made by Hombo Shuzo between 1985 and 1992, and production started again in 2011. The distillery stands in the village of Miyata in Nagano, at around 800 metres. The low temperatures there slow the maturation of the whisky.
