This is the 2020 limited edition of Mars Komagatake, a Japanese single malt bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled at the Shinshu distillery.
The whisky was matured in a combination of ex-sherry casks and American white oak casks.
The palate brings vanilla, honey, sweet cream and mixed fruits, and these notes carry on into the finish.
