This is a 9 year old single malt from Mars Tsunuki, drawn from a single lightly peated (3.5ppm) sherry puncheon and bottled at 58.6%. It is one of 426 bottles and belongs to the Collection Anthology series, released in 2026.
The whisky was aged on Yakushima Island, and the cask is numbered T61.
The nose brings candied lemon and orange, persimmon, walnut and toffee, turning towards dry peat, ginger and cigar ash. On the palate it is chocolatey and exotic, with mango, banana and guava, then liquorice, cocoa and iris, with light peat and a saline edge.
