Mars Tsunuki Edition 2022 is a Japanese whisky made from spirit distilled in the first years of production at the Tsunuki distillery. It is matured mainly in first-fill and second-fill bourbon casks.
Cellar master Tatsuro Kusano points to fresh apple, cacao, pastry cream and malt. These sit in a bittersweet balance, with a rich texture and a distinct umami character.
