A dry Marsala from Vito Curatolo Arini, founded in 1875, aged for over one year. It is golden in colour and has a solid alcoholic structure.
On the nose there are aromas of hazelnut, vanilla, dried fruit and sweet spices. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with a persistent finish of candied fruit and a slightly bitter note.
It suits medium to full-flavoured dishes such as aged cheeses, liver pâté and meat dishes, and can also be used in sophisticated recipes.
