Martini Fiero (1L, 14.4%)

Martini Fiero is a modern Italian aperitif made from selected red wines and a blend of citrus peels, at 14.4% abv. It balances sweetness with bitterness and has a bright red colour. The nose is led by blood orange and citrus zest, with herbal and lightly spiced shades. The palate is soft and aromatic, with bright fruit offset by a delicate bitterness. The finish is long and fresh, leaving ripe citrus. It can be served neat, over ice or in cocktails, including the Fiero Spritz.
