Martini Riserva Speciale Ambrato is a vermouth from Martini & Rossi, built on Moscato d'Asti DOCG. It is blended with aromatic extracts of herbs, including Ecuadorian cinchona and Chinese rhubarb, along with spices, all matured in traditional oak vats.
The aroma is delicate and sweet, recalling acacia honey, with the floral and pastry notes typical of the Moscato grape. It can be served well chilled over plenty of ice, topped up with tonic water, or mixed into a classic Italian aperitif.
