A crisp and refreshing gin produced at Matsui's Kurayoshi distillery. It is made with nine botanicals: pear, juniper berry, coriander seeds, orange peels, yuzu peels, wakayama mochi, gyokuro, cherry blossoms and black peppers. The expression is sweet and spicy, with plenty of flavour.
