Pale straw in colour, it offers aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit, citrus hints and a subtle herbaceous note recalling the coastal air. The palate is fresh and flowing, balanced between good acidity and discreet salinity, with a slender but present structure.
Versatile as an aperitif or with delicate seafood, salads and fresh cheeses, it is best served cool but not ice-cold.
