Vermentino di Sardegna Giunco Magnum (1.5L)

A Vermentino di Sardegna DOC from Mesa, presented in a magnum. It is fragrant and bright, with ripe citrus, white flowers and a hint of Mediterranean herbs over a fresh core. The palate is clean and linear, supported by vibrant acidity and a savoury note that lengthens the finish without heaviness; contained glycerin and medium structure keep it easy to drink. Serve cool but not ice-cold, with simple fish dishes, grilled shellfish, vegetables and fresh cheeses. The magnum encourages slower bottle ageing and a more elegant reading of the wine.
